The man that works there is really considerate of his customers and their needs. I have 2 guitars in the pawn that have been there almost 2 months... I was 2 weeks or so late on my payment, and he still allowed me to pay the monthly payment, and the best part is, he waived the late fee on my items! If you're looking for a large selection, reasonably priced, then this is the only shop that carries great value while the customer will always leave confident that he/she received a great bargain! If you need some extra cash until payday, south side gives the higher end of the appraised value. I can honestly say, they can't be beat! Thank you south side gold & pawn!”

From the receptionist to the finance manager all great! The days of being in a dealership all day are over. The only things that kept me there longer were, me fussing about $22 extra 😂 and the other two customers they sold cars to also. If I wasn't so cheap I could have been done in probably an hour and a half total. But two hours start to finish including the test drive was fast!!!
