I had a great experience today! I walked into the Dogwood Drive SE location and was immediately greeted by a gentleman. I could tell the gentleman at the front had to juggle because there was quite a few customers in the store with a large purchase at the counter BUT despite all that he never wavered! He even checked again to say he'd be right with me. I appreciate customer service. Customers recognize the challenge of the position but being pleasant and confident goes a looooong way. I needed 2 pairs of shoes but after everything and great service I decided on 4 pairs but one was not in my sizes (and that was ok😊😉). He even made time to THANK ME FOR MY PATIENCE! I was floored. He said his name was Skooter! I was happy to give him my money. Lol. He worked the sales floor and didn't miss a beat. Coming from a retail background I was proud to see him take so much pride in his career, customer service, and his store.... In-store Retail still has a heartbeat, a fighting chance with this young man around!....Great Job Skooter. I'll definitely be back for my school shoes shopping. Have a great day!
