Great American Cookies

We had the Strawberry Sugar Cookies, Red Velvet Cookies, Double Chocolate Cookies, Brownies, and Pecan Supreme Cookies.Hot warm cookies are always a plus hands down goodness.

Awww man I was triple excited when I picked up my cookie cake today. I asked for a custom cookie cake with a digital design that I had. I expressed that I didn’t need a perfect image but the manager Jamaya accepted the design. (I believe she did the work as well which I find extremely talented.) The cookie was good as always but surprisingly so was the icing. Over all Jamaya and her crew are and were amazing to work with. My boyfriend was in disbelief when he received his cake. Birthday was a tremendous success!

The art work is beautiful but this is not ok. This much icing on a cookie cake is not good. I spent $50 dollars on a cake no one would eat. I’m very disappointed and I alway love this store. I scheduled the pick up for 12pm and they didn’t have it ready until 2pm. No call to say there was a delay. I’m very upset.

UPDATE: I spoke with the owner (Paige) today and she completely made this right. The ownership at this location is all about customer experience and that’s much appreciated. Mistakes happen and that’s understandable. It’s about how you recover situations. Major kudos to the ownership of the store here. I’ve changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars.
