Waking at 3:30AM to be at 4AM Soca Spin was choice I made to take my life back. I have to prepare mentally and physically. Tika Fiya is a major part of that preparation. Tika Faya has been a game changer for me! I put it on before I work out and before I sit in the sauna. I definitely sweat a lot more using this product and can see a noticeable difference in my mid section and thighs which is where I geneously slather it on . This stuff is green gold in a jar!!!
