“Today my aunt and I brought a 2 year old and 4 year old in to pick a “just because” gift (something I’ve never done but my aunt insisted on). While at the store we asked for a price check on a few items, while the employee was stocking shelves. She immediately helped us then returned to her work. After my kiddos had chosen a toy, we’re headed to the checkout down the party goods aisle. My 4 year old picked up a small snow globe which I immediately told him to put back down… before he had the chance to put it down, he dropped it accidentally and it shattered on the floor. I found the employee that had helped us earlier, I believe her name tag said Harmony, and asked her how I could clean it up and pay for the item. She came to our aisle and cleaned up the area and insisted that it was an honest mistake and we did not need to pay for the 3.50 broken globe. I was mortified that I had let this happen and wanted to crumble into a million pieces- apparently my four year old felt the same because at the register he asked me if the police were on the way to get him. As a mother who’s as frazzled in this situation, with a very sensitive child that genuinely did not mean harm to any store items, I could not have been more appreciative of Harmony. I would certainly come back to this store to shop for its amazing customer service (although they would probably prefer we shop elsewhere ha).”

“For a gas station it is a pretty solid grocery store and almost a diner too. The biscuit and gravy is what made me want to review them though, it was good, real good. Maybe i was just hungry. The staff have never been short or rude to me, but not much for small talk, which is fine. Clean restrooms. Clean floors, neat shelves, no dust collecting on shelves or product which tells me they pay attention to detail. If i had to say something negative, the gas pump advertisements are too loud... it may be out of their control, still... too loud.”

“I HAVE & WILL CONTINUE TO CHOOSE COLE'S CORNER OVER THE REST AROUND HERE. I ENJOY THE ATMOSPHERE THAT STEMS FROM THE EMPLOYEES INTERACTION DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC. IT IS A REFRESHING EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME I GO THERE. I WISH THAT THE EBT MACHINE WOULD BE UP & RUNNING AGAIN. A LOT OF PPL NOW HAVE TO GO TO OTHER STORES TO GET FOOD.”
