Front office was polite and professional. NP Pickle is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and efficient. In and out in a very reasonable time. I am self pay and the pay schedule is actually less than my old co-pay.
Heather the PA was very thorough. The ladies up front were very attitentative to me & my wife. It was a bit of a wait but I will still give 5 stars because Heather was the only provider & did not rush us. To my surprise they called the next day to check on us. Great people.
I feel that Care Connect in Griffin at this location are better than the normal visit to a caregiver. Dr. Pickle and her staff are not only pleasant but they are efficient with paperwork, insurance, but the real prize is seeing the doctor. She listens to you, evaluates medical and mental issues, and helps me create a plan for myself. She is inspirational. She remembers when you see her next time.
Often I am just another number within a patient stream; Dr. Pickle is usual in the regard that she cares and she listens.

They actually care. Doctor visits have always been rough for my family. It’s hard to find somewhere that treats you with kindness and respects you as an individual. This place is amazing. They have seen my whole family and always get it right the first time! This is the place to go if you want a nice, understanding, and respectful medical provider.
I have been here multiple times when I had insurance and the staff here was wonderful. I met a few different doctors but the one I remember most is Heather and she was informative and helped me with so much. I recently visited and the new manager was pretty great with getting my past appointment in before my insurance ran out and they both made the experience less stressful.
