I was in need of a towing service to carry my car to a garage. I chose Eastside Towing Service. They sent out a truck and Brian was the driver that day. He was very knowledgeable he worked diligently to get things done quickly and safely. After checking the tie downs on the car he took pictures of the car and he deliver the car safely to the garage. Well one week later I needed to get my car away from that pathetic garage. I was in need of a tow truck again. I called Eastside Towing again and had them to come and get my car from that pathetic garage and deliver it to another garage. And guess who showed up to get my car Brian. I was so happy to see him. The pathetic garage placed my car in a very tight spot and wouldn't move any cars to help make the pick up easy for Brian. Brain was able to get that car out of that tight spot without scratching anyone car or damaging my car or his truck. He was able to deliver it to the next garage safely. In the future if I need a Towing service I will call Eastside Towing. I will also recommend Eastside Towing to all of my friends and anyone else that may need a towing service.

Transmission said nope not today and stopped working on the side of Hwy 20. Came and picked us up with in a matter of minutes. Ice cream was just about to start melting... thank you so much !

Our business is located in VA and we contacted Eastside Towing of Atlanta (Joe) at 3:15pm and requested assistance for loading of a vehicle that another local business would not assist with. Joe acted quickly and was there to assist in loading the vehicle within 30-45 minutes of my original phone call. They were extremely professional and so great to work with! I highly recommend them and their services, we will definitely use them again if needed!

Today was the second time I have used this company and both times the drivers were polite and responsive. They took care of my car and made sure I was safe and had a ride. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will call them first when I need a tow.

Had an accident on Friday and they showed up very quickly the guy was very professional and helpful. I couldn't get my car to crank back up to move it off the street and he showed me how to reset it after the airbags go off and no questions asked got it loaded up quickly and efficiently. It is the first time I have ever had to have a vehicle towed and it was very pleasant he gave us a card and told us if we needed to get anything else out of the car to just come on down to the shop and they would let us in to get any belongings out. Will definitely recommend them in the future.
