Brian Harris.. thank you for making us aware of an underground water leak during this months service visit. We appreciate the feedback and sense of urgency which so many have lost.

We've decided to switch to Flexible Pest for our termite prevention and also added their mosquito prevention service. I was concerned about spraying chemicals around our pond and garden, so they gave me an alternative that doesn’t use sprays. Dale, our technician, installed the systems and was incredibly thorough, ensuring everything was set up correctly. What really impressed us was Dale's exceptional customer service. He took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. His professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor make him a fantastic representative for Flexible Pest. We're glad to be using their services and highly recommend Dale and Flexible Pest.

Dale was awesome! He called before coming to give us an ETA. Was very respectful and courteous of the property. He went above and beyond to service our house AND the yard.

Heath and his team are phenomenal! I had an opossum hanging around my yard. I called and they came to set a trap and humanely relocate the little guy. This morning he was in the trap, I called and they were here within a hour. Very professional team who really know the business! I would recommend their services 100% keep up the great work!!!
