We've tried A LOT of plumbers over the past 35 years - and went through a lot of hit or miss. I got Charles name from my mother-in-law awhile back. That was about ten years ago and I'm soooo glad I found him. Since that time, he has fixed a bunch of stuff for us from leaky faucets, leaky toilets, clogged shower, etc. He's a perfectionist with his work and is a great detective in finding solutions for difficult plumbing issues. He doesn't leave until the problem is solved and the job is done completely. He returns calls promptly and shows up on time. Contacted Tiptop about a leak under our kitchen sink. Charles was quick to respond and was out to our house within a few hours. He was able to give me a estimate on what needed to be done by some photos I text to him. He was very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the work he did. I contacted Charles because of his great reviews. Happy to be another satisfied customer! Will definitely be contacting him with any future plumbing issues!

We have used Tip Top Plumbing a few times over the past couple of years. Charles is our go to for any Plumbing issues. He has installed a toilet and rerouted pipes for a bathroom vanity most recently. He also installed a gas line in our kitchen for a gas stove.
