We found D&D on Google and called and ask him if he can sew the two pieces back together again we took it to him and he looked at it not only did he look at it he's explain to us with all he would have to do and we told him fine that's okay just take your time. We finally found where they where supposed to be and there was none I pulled up the stores website again still said there was 2. There was a girl stocking merchandise, I stopped and ask her for help. She was amazing stopped what she was doing pulled it up on her phone and found 1 in the back went and got it brought it to us, she realized we was still shopping and got our name and took it to the front . “I rarely give five star reviews for a product or service, but in this case I considered the price, service, quality and timeliness and could find no shortcomings. The quote to re-stretch my carpet was quite reasonable and they said they could come the same day I inquired or the next. I set a time of 10:30 the following day and the door bell rang at 10:28 (perfect). The carpet was inspected and there was no attempts to up-sell or otherwise push up the quote (much appreciated). The work began and was completed quickly. Afterward, each step was explained and a note that with the double-tack strips installed, should never need attention in the future. I had moved some furniture out of the way before the arrival and he offered to help move it back before leaving. Very personable, friendly and quick to get to the job. I could ask nothing more. I'll recommend Casey's and use them again if I have further carpet needs. Good experience”
