Very knowledgeable, encouraging, takes the time to explain certain techniques (correct form regarding weight lifting, etc.) As a new-be, she scales down the workouts to my level which are still challenging but achievable. She’s awesome!!! CrossFit Pulse is a great place! Coaches are the BEST, workouts aren’t boring, members cheer you on during workouts.
