My kids never fear going to the doctor because they know she’ll always make them feel safe. She has an amazing demeanor with children and knows how to explain things in kid terms so they can understand. She is also great with parents and is very reassuring about everything you’re doing right as a parent. As a consumer, we must know what it will cost us versus an open checkbook for whatever they deem necessary. This is a general healthcare comment that could apply anywhere and is a pet peeve of mine.
