“I just have to give a BIG shout out to the guys who take care of us! From street to sanitation, power, water and gas departments-- these guys deliver excellent service to us!! We had a power outage on our block at 2am. I called to report and by 3:30am, the fallen tree had been cut down and power restored by ONE man! My neighbors and I couldn't be more thankful for the urgency the city put on getting us powered back up. I'm amazed that one man did all that work on his own, and in such a short time. If you see a city employee, wave and say thank you. They do so much for us!”

“While traveling on the freeway I pulled to the side thinking I heard weird noise coming from my car. Opened my door and the force of the wind from 18-wheeler locked my door in place. I called my insurance after not being able to close it but zero help from Progressive. I called 511 and he come Deputy Russo to the rescue. He was absolutely awesome! He was able to close the door for me and my elderly mother and showed what the part was that I needed replaced.”

If ppl would read the website when they make road test appointments then they will know paperwork is needed before they come into the DDS! If coming from out of state, read what is required and bring ALL the documents before trying to transfer. It’s real simple! Dont get mad when you have to return because you didn’t read what was required! The staff was efficient and friendly. For it being one of the larger centers I was in and out quickly with no long wait. And I’m leaving a great review because I took the time out to read what was required before I got there.”
