“I walked into the shelter 3 days ago - not knowing that I would leave with my “furever friend”. I visited the cat room and saw a kitten looking directly at me from his cage. He literally stood right on up. I told the officer that we would like to adopt him. Yeah, I didn’t hesitate at all. Things work a bit differently at this shelter. You have to be on a waiting list to adopt and it’s in numerical order. See, it’s my second time visiting and I wanted to make sure I was first this time. I don’t know if people believe in higher powers but whatever it was …. it worked in my favor because I was able to take him home on the same day! I named him Neo and he’s such a sweet boy. Thanks to the staff.”

“Absolutely the Best customer service! I think the people leaving bad reviews is because they couldn’t get what they wanted There is a process and paperwork that is needed! If ppl would read the website when they make road test appointments then they will know paperwork is needed before they come into the DDS! If coming from out of state, read what is required and bring ALL the documents before trying to transfer. It’s real simple! Dont get mad when you have to return because you didn’t read what was required! The staff was efficient and friendly. For it being one of the larger centers I was in and out quickly with no long wait. And I’m leaving a great review because I took the time out to read what was required before I got there.”
