Their food is cooked to order and is always hot when I make it home (if I don't pull over in the parking lot). Their love for cooking really shows in the food, and in the presentation of their product. The portion size is great, as well. It's truly an experience when I get to enjoy a Cleveland's Concessions plate. Top tier meals with grade A service. They have my full support and I rave about them any chance I get.”

“My driver Christopher was so nice 💕 food is always on point . Only issue I’ve had was with a driver named Jessica . I paid in cash and never asked if I needed change or anything just took it all. I work in pizza so I feel like it’s just respectful to ask if they need change . I was going to tip her originally but I feel like she shouldn’t have just assumed bc not everyone will tip. With the same driver she also left part of my order in the hot bag and I had to then say something or she would’ve never got it . “Absolutely, 100% worth the wait. Ordered cheese pie, garlic knots, and caesar salad. The garlic knots were my favorite...seemed like the perfect amount of oil/butter and garlic. The cheese pizza was really tasty...crust spot on, tomato sauce savory...very delicious. Cheese pie was lightly seasoned and really it probably one of the best I've ever eaten. Definitely will come back and highly recommend to all. With food this delicious it's no wonder they were so busy. I visited on a Thurs evening @ dinner hour and ordered online. Pizza was ready for pickup about 65 min later, just over the estimate provided initially in order email. I could see if they are even busier it might take up to 90 min perhaps for an order, so just budget your time accordingly and be patient. Again though, definitely worth the wait in my opinion. Really it's impressive they can crank out as many orders with just a team of two. Hard working team and I'm thankful to be able to try their menu.”

“This past Friday night my wife and I went at 9:50pm to get some pizza hoping they had a hot n’ready so we wouldn’t have to make them make a whole new pizza for us right before they closed. The manager Heather took our order with much love and kindness even though they didn’t have a pizza ready and made an entire new pizza for us. Heather was super kind and was patient with us even as we scrambled for loose change to pay for the pizza and was kind enough to give us double cheese and double pepperoni! That was definitely the best little Caesar’s pizza my wife and I ever had and thanks to Heather she saved our date night 🙏”
