“I was craving Chinese one day and decided to try the Jade Dragon. I've been here twice and I ordered online both times. Each time my order was exactly how I wanted. However, if you're like my mom, online might not be the way you should go. Adding rice to multiple orders can be confusing. The people are very nice and I'm sure ordering by phone will be pleasant. :) The food was delicious and satisfied my Chinese craving. I now consider this place my designated Chinese spot for the Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd area. I'll be back!”

“Update: I wish they would offer garlic butter on the menu, I would gladly pay for it, but he said it doesn't last long so I get it. Be polite and they will give you warm garlic butter. Yum. Pizza was fab as always!. Been awhile since we were here but the pizza was great as always. It took a while for the pizza to come but it was worth the wait. They do a lot of takeout and this was early evening Saturday. Service was good....I asked for garlic butter and she made some up for me. I can't speak on anything else...I have only ever ordered PIZZA. UPDATE: 5/26/21. Everything still stands, except on this Wednesday night it came a little faster. I don't know what they do at this store, but the pizza is exceptionally good.”

“I did have an issue at the drive-thru with an employee. She announced one total at the drive-thru speaker but when I got to the window and after I gave her my credit card another employee came back and said my new total was three times higher. I let them know I didn't want the food and left because I knew from ordering the same item the same way at other locations, that she had the total correct the first time. But they still charge my credit card $12.92. Today I went and spoke to the manager, Yesenia oh, and she took care of the matter for me. She was very professional and polite.”

“The atmosphere is good for fast food. Service is consistent and the team there are above average and they get it right. Example. I ask for Caffeine Free Diet Coke with Lime flavor. They understand the drink order. Other places from time to time say Coke Zero is the same. It's not. This location accepts coupons. Drive thru speed varies. The restroom is average and occasionally smells. Dining area is ok and usually parking is not too full.”

“We have eaten here twice in the past 9 days. We had the Bianca pizza and shared a small Ceaser salad last week and tonight we tried the Lucali pizza and again shared the small Caesar salad. We ate in their small outside area, which is very pleasant and not as noisy as inside. Each pizza we tried was unique and quite flavorful. We look forward to trying additional items in the future.”

“I'm surprised that there's so many negative reviews. Maybe I've just been lucky. I order from this place a lot, and they always get my orders right. When I go to pick them up, the people at the register are always friendly and accommodating, and the delivery drivers are pleasant too. It's rare that there's mishaps with delivery orders, and for those rare times it does happen (typically, if there is a mishap, it's because it was labeled as delivered before it even made its way out of the restaurant), they're pretty transparent when I call them about it.”

When it said she was 15 mins away, it literally meant actually less than 15 minutes and usually I have to call up to the store and check to see how long until delivery because I placed my order like hours ago and had complications. Anyways, I’m super super happy with my service that I received today and the pizza looked like how it’s supposed to! I really appreciate all of you!
