“Amazing!!!!!!!!!! Were out on the job less than a week after giving me the best quote amongst 3 estimates of local roofing companies. I didn't even call the people that put it on 20 years ago they did such a terrible job (business starts with a Br) BUT These guys were out early, super professional, everyone had a job and they were up and working on my huge and complicated roof. (My house is over 4500 sq feet with lots of outcrops and weird stuff) They finished this job (stripped off the whole roof, repaired all the rotten and damaged boards and decking, put the new roof on ) and cleaned up- IN ONE DAY!!!!! The temperature was over 95 degrees and they only took 2 20 minute breaks. VERY nice, Very hard working. Super impressed and this is who I will call from here on!!!”

“Make sure you get a bid for your project from D1 Construction Services! These guys really know how to get the job done and the quality looks great!!!!! David the Owner and Mike who is the Seniors Claim Mediator were both exceptional from beginning to end! There was a leak in our master bedroom wall that was for sure coming from the roof. After multiple failed attempts from other companies at resolving our issue Mike came in found where the leak was coming from and did a temporary fix till we could get an entire roof replacement. Also, gutted the wall where the leak occurred to treat for any mold issues. During roof replacement a crew was also here to repaint our window shutters that compliment the roof shingles. They did everything we asked for and more. They handled all paperwork to file the claim with insurance company. When these guys leave you can't even tell they were there. They take great pride in making sure your property is thoroughly clean. David and Mike personally come and inspect all aspects of their crews work and makes sure your satisfied before you make your final payment. “I chose this company 7 years ago to do a complete gutter replacement on my home. I chose them because they were local and we felt comfortable with the co-owner James when he came to the house for an estimate. We got 3 estimates and they were the lowest. I also liked Jame’s recommendation that we use a bronze gutter color instead of white. We were happy with their work. The house looked so much better. Several years later I noticed that the wood behind one of the downspouts was rotten. I watched the next time it rained and noticed that water was running down the outside of the downspout. I called James and he came out to investigate. He immediately recognized that a piece of the downspout had been installed incorrectly. He agreed to replace the affected siding and re-install the downspout correctly. I have had no other issues. I am grateful that they lived up to their warranty.”
