“We had The Works, Chicken Avocado, Chicken and Cheese, peanut butter shake, banana shake, strawberry lemonade and EVERYTHING was amazing!! Little hole in the wall places like this either make everything from frozen or from love... This place is all love. It tastes amazingly fresh and well balanced. I would eat here daily if I lived here. Holy cow it's good!!”

“I can't rave about this place enough! We stayed in the 3rd floor of The Back House, in the room next to the bathroom. Perfect view of the beach with a little part of the Main House peaking through but it was so worth it. There are so many lounging areas and the house is amazingly open and airy. Once the sun starts to set however, mosquitoes come out to play. Nothing a little bug spray and closing some windows and doors can't fix! It is super close to the beach, a food truck park, and Foodland grocery store. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offered an extra pillow. We met a lot of wonderful people staying here and they've become good friends. Definitely wouldn't have gotten the same experience at a tourist-packed resort. The best place to live like a local and meet new people! Highly recommend and can't wait to be back!!”

“While it looks very unassuming on the outside, step inside & be amazed! I'm thankful I did. You'll find art in several mediums & moods. They also have adorable greeting cards (4 for $12) & stickers, as well as some jewelry. You'll find more than your usual island art, making this place more interesting than a lot of other galleries. The staff was also kind during my visit & responsive to guests.”

“Such an awesome experience! I live on the north shore and thought I was a bit hard to impress, but boy did Ocean Outfitters prove me wrong. It was SO FUN. I took my daughter and her friends out for her 15th birthday. We went speeding upwind (so many laughs), watched dolphins play, swam to a private island and jumped in the water with sharks. It was AMAZING. We all had so much fun. I can't wait to go again. If you are on the fence about booking, just do it! You will not regret it.”

“This is my daughters new favorite coffee place! They make their own beans that you can take and their mugs and other store products are awesome and really unique! The environment and staff were perfect. This is one of our favorite coffee spots on the island!”

“I’m currently eating the best Thai food I’ve had in my 20 years of sampling thai…and most of it is veg/vegan. The sling took a bit, but worth the wait! Get the Ganesha Larb. We also had Panang curry and it was the best curry I’ve ever had slightly margining Cafe Za, Eri Cushing’s thaii curry. The Pad Kee Mao flavor was fantastic but could have had a little extra heat - get some extra chilis too. Mahalo”

“As today the weather was not great a well-deserved trip to North Shore and here I found this little cute shop. You can find beach bag of any size and made with very good quality materials. I got this for me for my next trip. Aloha!!!!”

“Cute spot with extremely knowledgeable staff! Mono was a standout. They have a variety of different tasting macadamia nuts and coffee. The location also acts as a nice rest stop. The only downside to this experience was when I requested additional coffee. The staff member I notified told me the coffee is for samples ONLY( yes I knew that), it was only when she checked the coffee dispenser did she realize that it was empty. I can't say her accusation felt good.”

“Awesome afternoon adventure with so many marine life sightings. If you've never seen sharks up close, here is your chance. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and the views of the north shore are magnificent. You can't get those views unless you're in a boat. My six-year-old was squealing with delight as we headed back to the harbor. I'm so glad she got to experience the joy and freedom of being out at sea. She now knows that turtles and whales and sharks and fish are in the ocean, not just in the screen in Finding Nemo. Thanks so much to Captain Jared for a memorable time!!”

“Absolutely LOVED this store. I have been looking for a pearl throughout my whole vacation and I was very lucky to come across this store while driving to the north. The pearls and work is stunning. I choose a beautiful pendent called "nest" with a gold pistachio pearl. I will forever where this necklace.Terrie ,who help me, was wonderful and answered all the questions I had. She also taught me a little about pearls, which was a nice treat. Great customer service!”

“Best pearl shop ever! Great quality of great price. Pearl Jewelry of different styles, color, freshwater or Akoya. I purchased a pair of freshwater pearl ear studs which is much much cheaper than normal stores in my city but better quality when traveling there. Did see a pair of gorgeous akoya pearls, and would say that it’s very similar to my Mikimoto pearls, but only 1/6 price of it. Started regretting of not buying it. Scott is so helpful, nice and patient. He will find the style and color that really fits you and also introduced Hawaii to us a lot”
