(May 19, 2021, 2:24 pm)Denise is outstanding and her customer service is best in class. You never know what you're going to get when you book something online. Within 30 minutes of me booking my storage unit I got a phone call from Denise. She made me feel like I made the right choice and even meet me at my storage unit to make sure it met expectations. A+++ from me and I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean storage unit with the best customer service you could ask for.
(February 24, 2021, 11:00 am)The environment isn't in the best condition (old fence, broken concrete, fading sign), but the garages are in good condition and the place feels secure. Also, I don't know how competitive their pricing is. Very friendly staff.
Update: They've fixed most of the pavement, it looks and feels much nicer to drive on. They've also replaced the sign with a new one.
(January 26, 2021, 3:03 pm)Denise is super helpful and goes above and beyond to answer all questions and accommodate needs. The facility is amazing clean and orderly. The units are big and well maintained. I highly recommend Denise and I Storage Cornillie Drive Roseville Michigan.
