“AC Positive Electric are a professional, responsive & amazing company to work with. Our church building was in need of some major lighting upgrades. I had contacted a few local electrician companies to help with our issue, but AC was able to respond within a couple hours. The owner of the company - Alvin, was extremely helpful, clear in communication and down to earth about our lighting fixtures. By the end of the week, we were provided a estimate and an estimate of when he could have the project done. On the day of the project, the AC company had 5 workers working hard to clear the old fixtures and install the new lights within 3 hours. All their workers were professional and knowledgeable about their work. Again, i would highly recommend if you have any electrical work to be done that you call Alvin and his AC Positive Electric company. They are very helpful, professional and will get the job done. “Very responsive to phone calls. Staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to help. I called on a Saturday afternoon and had my unit rented within 15 minutes. The only issue, as other reviewers mentioned, was that my code did not work at the keypad when I arrived at the gate. However, I left a voicemail message and my call was returned within minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The team helped me get a temporary unlock code so I could proceed through the gate. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company makes it right - Paula and Sheldon did just that. Thank you! Once the gate issue was resolved, I was even more pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious my 10x20 unit was. The vaulted ceiling provides a nice upper level. Plenty of room for all my things.
