“This place is gorgeous on the water of Kaneohe bay with lush surroundings. The facility is an old YWCA and looks old, but the therapists are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable along with state of the art equipment. Mark in particular did an amazing job releasing the tension in my shoulder capsule after 6 months of PT allowing an extra 15 degrees of mobility! This was enough for me to return to swimming after 3 years! It is still painful but at least I’m back in the ocean swimming again. You are the one who has to put the time and effort into your PT to improve. The therapists show you the moves and you just have to push yourself to get the best benefits but this place rocks! You won’t be disappointed!”
