“Whoever came up with the idea to bring this store to our neighborhood should be awarded !! Having this store do close to home I know many people in our community puts use to this store so many of my friends go in and out several times a week ! The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because 1) most workers have no clue what their talking about or selling 2) several employees on multiple occasions had me waiting til they were done with their personal calls or didn't talk to me during my transaction because they wouldn't get off the phone 3) they talk about really inappropriate things on the phone loudly so everyone in the store hears. Basically in general they should have some kind of education program so their workers know what their selling and they need classes on customer service”

“Beating the heat with the best. This is the only place I'll bring my vehicles to do my tint works and refer family/friends to. The shop is clean and professional, the owner is straight forward no funny business and is detailed about his work. I'm very pleased and satisfied with the quality of the tint they use, it did not turn purple, it's clean cut, no gaps! No streaks! (I've experienced this with my second car brand new 2021 else where at another tint shop & will say what a disappointment n that I only wish I had waited to bring it here instead!) “Melvin did a great job for me by replacing some very old, badly rusted front porch railings. The railing was so old that some of the posts were even coming out of the concrete stairs. He worked very closely with me to give me just what I wanted at a great price. Although the house is located in Kaneohe and Melvin works out of Waianae, the distance was no problem for him. I Bought a battery for my F150 and the gentleman tested my old battery and verified it was no good then went ahead and tested my alternator and starter to make sure that wasn't the problem.
