“I absolutely love this branch. Ang is so nice. I’m so blessed to have continuously worked with her through my divorce and other life changes that came up. The staff at this location is all friendly. The ATM also accepts deposits of cash and checks. Cash is available immediately and checks become available biased on HawaiiUSA hold policy. The only feedback I have is to wish we had higher ATM withdrawal limit. It’s currently $500 would like to see it raised to $1200. Also would like to see Zele and the incorporated within in the mobile app.”

“My experience has always been amazing. From the virtual tellers to customer service desk. The employees are very friendly. I came to the branch on Saturday mind you Friday was a holiday. I was expected to see a line or the branch to be busy. The teller station has 3 open windows, the lobby has 2 people waiting. Once my deposit was done I had to sign in to see a specialist. The wait was kind of long, there was only one person working the front desk. However, I didn't mind waiting. After doing some online things and talking on the phone it was my turn. Tiare assisted me with my second account for my mortgage. She was extremely informative and very pleasant. Even though she was the only one holding down the branch she was on the ball. She has been such a pleasure to deal with. Whenever I have an account related issue I will schedule an appointment with her.”

“The park is currently OPEN! At least it was as of 08/04/20. EDIT- closed as of 08/08/20. Nice State Park that usually isn't very crowded. It has rest rooms and a few benches as well as lots of shade trees to lie under if the mood strikes you. It's on a bit of a point so you have great views of the bay and it usually catches some wind so it's nice and cool.”
