“Love this gym! I’ve been working out here for 2 weeks now and love the vibe. I typically workout in the morning, but have also been in the afternoon and love how not only it isn’t over crowded and the equipment I need is always available, but the other members here are always so polite and considerate! People talk to each other and say hi and I love seeing the consistency of the morning members. Also, everyone disinfects and wipes down their equipment and everything always looks so clean. They provide lots of disinfectant bottles and yellow towels that they always keep stocked. Everyone can take their own towel and spray bottle to bring with them to whatever part of the gym they go. The owner, Nestor, is super chill and awesome and the staff I’ve met so far at the front are always friendly and welcoming. I used to be a 24 hour fitness gym goer and dreaded the workouts because of the anxiety that the overcrowded equipment and unwelcoming culture would elicit, but here it’s so much better. Happy I finally found this gym! 🥳”

They're getting to know him as an individual and accommodate each resident personally instead of making everyone fit into a certain mold. Now we can visit our Dad and enjoy our time together instead as being full time care givers because he is in good hands. These lessons went beyond my expectations - Chris has a clear, consistent and encouraging teaching style, and a great sense of humour. “Compassionate, comprehensive care. I stayed here for 6 weeks for extended medical care in 2013, and received great care from the staff. The facility is beautiful, and had fun activities, and exuberant and attentive nurses. And kitties. Great ferals. Momma kitties with kittens, and relatively tame not skittish or vicious. Beautiful gardens, too. I miss the Golden Buddha shrine, the flowers, and the epic mountain view. Really felt like a rural home. :)”
