“They were all professional and took care of my stuff. They didn’t skimp on protecting anything either, even my big stuff was well wrapped. I had a motorcycle and it stayed upright and secure the whole time. Made unpacking at the new place easy. Only bad thing was they will literally wrap anything, I had an appliance that had water In it and they wrapped the entire thing, so don’t forget to empty stuff like that. In all, I took care of them so they took care of me essentially.”

“When finding out we were gettting Coleman Movers, I of course looked at reviews and they weren’t good. However, they showed up a week before the move to take a look at everything. They called before hand to let me know when they would arrive. Same for the day of moving and they arrived on time. They packed up my house fast and efficiently. They were also super friendly and were in good moods. I’d hire them again!”

“I rented a unit at this location for over 5 years. On just about every visit, Maria, the site manager, was there, ready to assist in any way and always with a smile and positive personality. It would surprise me when I'd go there for the 1st time in many months, and she'd still greet me, remembering my name! Even though my unit was on the 3rd floor, I always felt that it was easy to get to. Carts were always readily available, it's nice and cool, and my belongings were very clean when I removed them. I'll come back to this facility for any future storage I might need, even if it won't be the closest one, because of my very positive experience here.”

“Very responsive to phone calls. Staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to help. I called on a Saturday afternoon and had my unit rented within 15 minutes. The only issue, as other reviewers mentioned, was that my code did not work at the keypad when I arrived at the gate. However, I left a voicemail message and my call was returned within minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The team helped me get a temporary unlock code so I could proceed through the gate. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company makes it right - Paula and Sheldon did just that. Thank you! Once the gate issue was resolved, I was even more pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious my 10x20 unit was. The vaulted ceiling provides a nice upper level. Plenty of room for all my things. The promotional discount was a really nice bonus. I recommend this company and location (Shafer)!”

“Working from out of state for the railroad and I will have to say that this is the nicest and cleanest laundromat that I have ever been too in working on the road for the last 14 years. It has a nice little waiting area and the owners were very friendly. I must have visited at a time that it isn't very busy.
