“Absolutely loved my time flying with Steve. And you can't get past this picturesque landscape. It's so beautiful. It tends to have multiple sources of lift available and you'll be practicing crosswind landings. It's great training. They do joy flights too”

“WOW! Arthur took me up for a discovery flight around sunset and it felt like that scene in Aladdin with the magic carpet. It was so beautiful. Things will never be the same. Highly recommend this flight school. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”

“It was a great experience when I attended many years ago — at the time, they were using the Leeward classrooms! I was able to earn two degrees from this campus! They were just beginning to offer classes, and we had to have gotten our lower division classes at other campuses! I am glad to learn that they have became a full four-year university!”

“I am a private pilot from the mainland. I rented a plane and had instructor Scott fly with myself and wife on a tour of the Island. Scott handled the radios and I flew the plane. We had an absolute great experience. The school is very professional and great to get us on their schedule for this adventure. Highly, highly recommend. One other thing, do not be fooled by Scott’s age, he was great and very knowledgeable.”

“Emily did fantastic in taking us around the island. She's a great pilot! She's confident at what she does and you could tell that she knows what she's doing. She kept us calm and relaxed the whole trip. She did a great job as an instructor! She's very thorough in showing us how the plane works and patient in answering all the questions we had. We had an amazing experience! It was a memorable time to remember and definitely one to treasure. Thank you!”

“My sister and I went to Honolulu Soaring Club earlier this month and it was the best experience! The pilot, Michael, was great and very good at giving us amateur pilot instructions (we did the “hands-on” flight). Not only was the flight amazing, a week later Mr. Bill followed through on a promise to me. We mentioned that he reminded us so much of our granddad. Before we left, he had asked me for my address to send me something and actually followed through! I received it today and it completely made my day. It was so touching and sweet. Thank you so much! It was an unforgettable experience. You won’t regret flying with these wonderful guys! Highly recommend!!!”

“Excellent college which is part of a large Japanese University system. The institution has the highest retention, graduation, and transfer rate in Hawaii. It is also the cheapest overall, even though all of its facilities are brand new, modern, and classrooms are restricted to no more than 18 students. If you want an education at the Gateway to the Pacific, this is the place to go.”

“There is so much to explore in this garden. I never realized the variety of plants that can thrive in our local urban environment. I pass this garden everyday and always wondered about it while on the freeway. I finally had the chance to go and it did not disappoint. Yes, some things are not as accessible because they are renovating. There's also some areas that need a little more care. However, access to the garden is free and is largely maintained by volunteers. When I see the volume of work to be done, I am amazed at the amount of time and dedication that is lovingly given to this center. Stop by and take a stroll through the gardens and smell the flowers. It does get hot and some of the areas are not even, so you may want to wear shoes and bring an umbrella. I forgot, but did just fine with my slippers and a piece of paper to shade my head. Just be aware of the visiting hours.”

“There is a lot of interesting scientific work going on here. The sea and ocean wildlife are studied in this beautiful place. In winter, whales also appear in this area. If someone has the opportunity, patience, and unheard of luck, you can even photograph giants emerging from the water with a large telephoto lens (which can also be rented).”

“It was a great experience attending this local college when I lived on Oahu. I still cherish the lessons learned and the great instructors, who taught well. This college was a great way for me to start my college journey. The campus is isolated for the main community but it was worth the effort to attend it. After a few semesters as a student, I graduated. I am joyful, and still proud, of my first college degree which I earned from this college.”

“I used a 60-minute experience maneuver. I really enjoyed having a wonderful time! It was over in a blink of an eye. Although he is a good old man, his dream from childhood has come true. He taught me about maneuvering, and I was able to experience almost everything from gliding to takeoff and landing without any anxiety. The 60-minute course was a pattern that went around the east coast to the North Shore, passed over the pineapple field and returned to Waikiki, and it was interesting that the scenery changed when the viewpoint changed with the feeling of tracing the sky of the course borrowed from Harley the day before .. The hospitality of the staff, including the pick-up brother and the clerical lady, was a memory that I will never forget with the color of the sea in Oahu. By all means for those who are in doubt! I highly recommend it (^^ ♪”
