(March 1, 2019, 8:39 pm)I reached out to Mental Health Sage I’m hopes to find something for me as Mental Health Sage was created to help women. Mary made some changes to her program so that it was tailored to help me specifically. I was very suicidal when I contacted Mental Health Sage. My diagnosis is suicidal, moderate to chronic depression, severe anxiety, and PTSD. With the program Mental Health Sage made for me I do feel as a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I still have a lot to work through but with Mary’s help I am choosing life more and more. I would highly recommend Mental Health Sage to anyone and everyone as Mary makes it feel personal and not a hinder.
