The Manager of this park CARES! That is a huge thing in mobile home communities.

I have been a resident for nearly 8 years and this park has never had better management than now. Julie and her team are amazing. There's always room for improvement, but they've tackled a lot already & I know they will continue to. (PS - This location is PRIME!!! Just saying :) )

Happy to know that the College Heights Community is still here. I used to live there with my family when a teenager so I have a lot of great memories! I just came to realize that I lived at 117 Harvard and then moved into a different mobile home park where I met my future husband who lived at 117 Pattyann St. Funny how this stuff works!

Ken was super friendly! I was in need of 4 new tires due to one of them popping. I didn’t know how to change my tire and he came out and did it for me! Exceptional customer service! Highly recommend.

Got four new tires on my truck and saved a few hundred dollars by going to Ken. Great guy and quick I was out of there in an hour and love the way the truck looks now. Thanks buddy.
