“I highly recommend Laura Root. She helped me with EMDR after my son passed and her counsel has been incredible. Highly recommend. I have never had issues with scheduling or planning with the front desk. They have always accommodated my need to change an appt at the last minute or alert me if there was an issue on their end.”

“Mr.Blood is an amazing therapist. I saw him for over a year working through marriage and family issues. The best review I can give him is the fact that I am still happily married and I have great relationships with my kids. The proof is in the results and the results were great!”

“This place has literally save my life. Considering Allumbaugh House is a non-profit that doesn't accept payment or health insurance, they work harder and with more compassion then any other treatment facility in the valley. (I've been through a few of them, though I'm not proud of it.) They treat everyone that comes through there doors with kindness, equality and patience and understanding. 5 stars every time.”

“The angelic staff at Ascent Behavioral Health truly saved my life, and I am as stubborn and sad as they come. I came in a broken woman, drowning in sorrow and booze. I had tried other meetings, tried cold turkey, I had been scared straight, up, down, left, and right, and I was essentially at a point where I was either going to end my life (accidentally or on purpose) or make some serious f-ing changes. I showed up ashamed and shattered. I could hardly look anyone in the eye, and it was hard not to cry. But they took me in and assessed me with love and care and clinical precision. Their groups were phenomenal, and full of folks just like me --- a little broken, but looking to mend. And in talking to your peers you realize, "My God, these people are really special, just in need of a boost"...which eventually leads you to see the same truth within yourself. And in those groups you will find the most compassionate and skilled counselors. They will give you the tools to climb out of that hole you've dug yourself into, and then hand you ones to build a foundation for a rock solid temple. Because hey, you, you there reading this? You're worth it and they don't see your mistakes, they see the potential within you. If you're looking for a namby-pamby kumbaya session devoid of substance, then there are other behavioral health services that will recite platitudes and give you the same stuff you've had before. But these guys care about giving you a fighting chance in that wide, scary world out there that broke us in the first place. Oh my gosh, I haven't even gone over how your case manager will hook your butt up with any service and jumpstart you need. They will help you with jobs, education, getting set up with assistance programs....the only thing they can't do is make Idris Elba appear on your doorstep with a dozen roses (sadly, I've tried). Take the chance. Trust this internet stranger. I once was lost, and now I'm found...”

“I have had an overall good experience with Sage healthcare. I have always found the front desk staff helpful, attentive and friendly. The only provider we have ever worked with at Sage is Dr. Gilbreath. While I admit it took awhile to develop a trusting relationship with him, I have found him to be quite open minded to trying new meds and such. I do feel that he is a good listener. When my daughter became very unstable he gave us good advice regarding inpatient and outpatient treatment.”

“My experience here has been very helpful. Finally got me on the correct medications for my diagnosis after being on several wrong ones at the same time for over 10 years. My outlook is very positive for future services in getting me back on track. Would happily reccomend.”

“That last review you read is probably a clear indicator that Dr Bostick is a psychiatrist. Wow, does he have his work cut out for him! I personally have found his medication suggestions to be helpful and my depression and anxiety is now under control. I would recommend him.”

“Dr. Negron is by far, a provider that truly shows compassion and genuine care for his patients. I've had the privilege of working with him both inpatient and outpatient over the last 15 years, and he truly has helped me achieve better mental health through emphasizing self care, encouragement, active listening, coping skills, monitoring my moods, medication awareness; and helping me, help myself. A true 5 star psychiatrist among the elite, I recommend him highly to anyone who wants and deserves the very best in mental health care.”

“I have been in counseling for awhile and recently started to see Laura Shockley. She’s the best counselor I have had so far as she makes me feel comfortable and I feel like I have made progress.”
