After our 3rd purchase, we had a slight issue with a delivered washer. The team was ON IT and helped me out with actual SOLUTIONS! They made sure I was comfortable before they walked away! Seems absolutely bogus to me to buy a new appliance for triple the price! You are giving an old appliance a new life by shopping here. Scheduling and payment were completely painless, expressing my ideas he was attentive and affirming, actually building the design he was fast, easy to talk to, willing to adjust, creative where I was unsure, and accurate where I knew what I wanted. Getting the tattoo he was a professional throughout, and we listened to and talked about my favorite music while he worked, but I never felt pressure to talk (introvert here!) Overall - I think Cavan is awesome to work with, and I’d recommend him more than anyone I’ve worked with before. Great tattoo man!! I’ll find you for the next idea!”
