(June 23, 2021, 11:10 pm)My daughter has been going to SBG for 7 months and she loves it. The coaches are very professional and the program is perfect for younger kids. The coaches are on the mats rolling with the kids and showing them the right way to do things to better their skills.
The homework (Life skills) the kids get I believe make them a better person in and out of the gym. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for top notch Knowledge.
(May 12, 2021, 1:29 pm)I've been training here a couple months now and love it! The coaches are great and the atmosphere is positive. Lots of different styles taught so there is something for everyone. Great place to get in shape, build confidence and meet some great people.
(February 14, 2021, 8:37 pm)The coaches at SBG Idaho are fantastic! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. As for the facility it’s spacious and clean. I would hands down recommend anyone in the Boise area to check these guys out.
