“My daughter has been going to SBG for 7 months and she loves it. The coaches are very professional and the program is perfect for younger kids. The coaches are on the mats rolling with the kids and showing them the right way to do things to better their skills. The homework (Life skills) the kids get I believe make them a better person in and out of the gym. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for top notch Knowledge.”
