“Susan Sansom took over the office of Dr Radnovich through advanced specialty care and I couldn’t be more grateful. I was worried because Dr. Radnovich was such a kind caring and thoughtful doctor. But Susan made the switch seamless. She was very kind and attentive. I could really tell that she cared about what I was going through and didn’t rush the visit. She also was able to offer me primary care as well as pain management services. Which is exactly what I wanted. A doctor that knew me and everything I was facing and trying to accomplish with my health care. She went the extra mile with addressing my specific needs , lab work, and helping me with my insurance. The office staff is amazing as well. A special thanks to nance , issabelle, crystal. They all are so nice and welcoming and do not rush you. They always pick up the phone when you call. “I had my lips down by Travis April 21st, 2021!I was SO nervous (not a fan of needles lol) I was sweating head to toe and anxious as ever. For my new lips and being in a new environment. The receptionist was so kind and bubbly!! She really made me feel welcome. Travis definitely helped my anxious self when I got into the room. He was bubbly as well and was singing with the radio and dancing a bit. He did pretty well at keeping my nerves at bay. My lips came out so natural and I’m so in love with them. I’m honestly thinking of going a bit bigger and wanting to come back to him. He was just so easy going and wonderful. He was a vibe and had an awesome personality. “Helpful, took the time we needed and really cares. I felt like I was in good hands. lol. When I had young drivers, he took the time with each of them to explain insurance. He explained who to call and when and why if there's ever an incident. He explained driver safety and developed a personal relationship with him so that they would feel comfortable calling him in an emergency - after calling the police and parents. I was so impressed with him as a person and with his office staff. They really care. I strongly recommend.”
