The only thing I've noticed is a lot of the time when I get nachos or tacos the cheese is always out or low, so I don't get a lot of cheese, or if I do it is just liquid and doesn't taste good. This has happened many times at this location and has made me upset. They need to do a better job of checking the cheese and make sure it is not liquidy and works. Other than that I love this place.”

“I realised at 7pm on black friday that I didn't have my partner's ring size for the ring I was trying to order. I called this location to ask if they had a sizer we could use, and they told us to come in. They were so incredibly helpful, especially knowing we weren't planning on buying anything. They helped us find the right size, and helped my partner try on a couple of rings that were similar in width to the one I was ordering to make sure that didn't change the size. I sadly didn't catch the names of the two people working, but their customer service was stellar and they absolutely deserve a raise. I hadn't planned to buy anything jewelry related anytime soon, but may need to go back here and find something!”

“I was much more impressed with the garden department at the Home Depot on Federal than the store in Meridian. The plants/flowers at the Meridian store looked old and dying. Maybe someone forgot to water! The flowers at the Home Depot on Federal were fresh and beautiful. I bought two gorgeous potted arrangements and a couple of tall plant stands to sit them in. Very pleased.”

Everyone is very knowledgeable about basically everything, and if someone isn’t for a particular thing then they find someone who is. They don’t act suspicious and ask a bunch of questions when you need to return something; if it’s not working out for you they simply say, “I’m sorry it’s not working out, can I help you find something that will?” Everyone at the Federal Way store Boise is absolutely fantastic. “People are generally friendly, but do often continue asking if they can help even if you’ve made it clear you’re just looking at a few things. Selection is a little light since it is a smaller store. Employees generally offer to order in items they don’t have, or offer to have it shipped to your house. Not a good option for those of us just coming through, but still nice for people that live in the area. Would be nice not to see dust on some products.”
