I hate going to the dentist. As a result, I didn't for several years. For obvious reasons, my wife encouraged me to go once we had our insurance established. I have been seeing them for a year and a half.
The staff here is amazing. Sarah who handles billing welcomes me in by name the moment I walk in the front door even though I haven't seen them in 6 months.
Mindy (I hope my spelling is correct), the tech I have seen the majority of the time is one of the nicest, most calming people I have ever met. Everytime she takes me back, she has the means to recall who I am. She tells me what she sees, what looks good, what can be improved on. The straight story. She never makes me feel overly self-conscious. She is incredibly down to earth.
Next I see Dr. Harless. She is very matter of fact, exactly what you want from a person in her position. Today, on top of a routine cleaning, she took a little extra time to address a filling that had worn down just a bit. So this clinic 100% stands behind their work.
Finally, I get to see Sarah again on my way out, and she just has an awesome personality. And I know she doesn't have a lot of control over this, but everytime I walk out and she says I'm good to go without dropping a nickel, I just feel good.
I could not not recommend this clinic with higher regard. If you are insecure about seeing a dentist as I am, I would certainly consider Southwest Dental. Thank you so much!
