I went into the store late Sunday evening with a phone that was broken Jacob and Amanda stayed way past closing trying to download the info from my old phone to my new IPhone the whole time it was snowing and black ice to great them after work for their drive home they went above what they should have to make sure I was happy thanks again you two

My husband and I popped into this t-mobile store on a few occasions and each time we were helped by Shelbie. She never rushed us or made us feel like she was too busy, even when she knew we were not buying at that time. She was very informative and helped us compare phones and plans. We finally got new phones and she provided top notch service when doing the transaction. We liked her so much, we brought my in-laws back for her to help them, too! It was a great experience. I would recommend Shelbie to anyone and everyone. Very patient, thorough, and friendly!

My mom and I went in the day before Thanksgiving, and before Black Friday, to see phone options as I was currently under Sprint which was bought but T-Mobile. Brad, the store manager, went ABOVE and BEYOND in explaining the process of transitioning from Sprint to T-Mobile. He made the entire experience enjoyable while helping us and other customers in the store. We were in and out with brand new phones and service within an hour and a half. Beyond impressed with the service of this store and would 100% recommend to anyone! I would ask for Brad in a heartbeat to get the best service and knowledge when it comes to this!

Have been a long time customer of T-Mobile! I come in to the Glenwood store to see Brad and his team. Every customer is treated as The VIP customer! They have customer service down to an art form! They answer each and every question about any device, upgrade or service. I love all knowledge. If someone doesn’t know something, they look it up on the spot; but you never leave the store without knowing! They make changing service or buying a new device a seamless transition all in a fun and professional atmosphere. Brad, thanks for all the hard work! I will be back!

Best Tmobile location by far! Over the years I've been to them all. Note each one appears to be independent of the others. Was in here today after literally walking out of the Eagle location the manager we worked with claimed he couldn't do what we needed without a ton of charges added. Came in here and Brad and Shelbie HOOKED US UP! Not only did my daughter get her phone replaced with what she wanted but they helped us with other programs and options I didn't even know existed! They looked into everything for us, were kind, funny, knowledgeable, and fast! 40 minutes in the other store walked out empty handed. 20 minutes with Shelbie and Brad I even got a brand new phone, teen got one she can exchange for something else in 90 days for no cost if her mind changes, they handled an insurance claim for my old phone, set everything up super quick and best part EVERZ my bill stays the exact same! Do yourself a favor go check them out! Promise you won't be disappointed!
