Hearing & Communication Technology

I rate FIVE (5) stars. I am a Medical Doctor who runs an employment health clinic. Jay Richman, AuD, of Hearing & Communication Technology annually calibrates (per OSHA standards) my audiometer. I have twice used Dr. Richman's services. I travel nearly 300 miles each way because I believe Dr. Richman to be the most qualified professional within that radius to provide the services I need. I also reach him with all of my technical questions, and he is accessible. I, D.M. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Richman. I was having difficulty hearing on one side and had problems with my balance. He listened closely to my concerns and the symptoms I was experiencing. This and the results of my hearing test made him suspect that I may have an acoustic neuroma. He was able to refer me to a Neurotologist who confirmed the diagnosis with an MRI. The tumor has since been removed. Dr Richman has remained in contact and has even called to check on me after my procedure. His ability to answer my questions and calm my fears has been amazing. I will continue to see him for my hearing needs and will send all my friends and family to him. Thank you so much Dr Richman!

Dr. Richman is truly an awesome person! He is very personable and treats you and your condition with respect and professionalism. He was able to diagnose and treat the issues that I face and has helped me make a smooth transition into hearing aids. I would definitely recommend this office.
