“I actually had a claim a couple months after my home purchase and I was so nervous. Tom's office, particularly Dianna Armstrong, helped me get going. I was also nervous to deal directly with the claims adjuster from Allstate as I have never had an insurance claim on anything. I always assumed insurance agency did whatever they could to cover the least amount as possible on a big claim but I was wrong! Everyone throughout the whole process was kind and helpful and it is looking like I will only be paying my very reasonable deduction!
