I love this place. The small group fitness classes are varied and changed every day and work all parts of my body. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun .

Fit Over 50 Fitness has everything my husband and I were looking for in a gym. Different workouts each session to keep it challenging and fun. Geoff and Deborah are very knowledgeable and friendly trainers. Clean gym with small classes for more personalized attention. We love the camaraderie with our classmates. We highly recommend this gym to everyone!

Been working out here for 3 years. I feel like I have never been stronger. The workouts are different & challenging each class. Geoff knows his target audience and creates workouts that challenge us physically & mentally. My husband does personal training, he has some specific physical issues and he loves the results of his workouts. You're gonna love it at Fit Over Fitness!

I have been attending Geoff's classes for almost three months and could not be happier with the results. Classes are kept small which allows Geoff the opportunity to provide personal instruction and attention when necessary. The variety of exercises and programs are well organized and constantly changing which keeps things interesting and exciting. I'm so glad I found Fit Over 50 and highly recommend it to everyone.

I have been going to Fit Over 50 for a year. In that time I have gained my upper body strength. I have also worked on walking straight and having better overall balance. Geoff works with you if you to modify exercise for individual issues. The class size is very comfortable and the camaraderie makes the classes enjoyable.
