“I am extremely happy with the service I received today from Bobby at Safe N Soft. On time (actually arrived a little early), professional and courteous. After moving into a new home, I needed the carpet cleaned in the family room as well as the staircase where there were significant pet stains. I was a bit in doubt that I would get the staircase free of the stains, however, when he was finished the carpet was completely stain free! The family room carpet looked amazing and to top it off he left a little package with stain remover and other trinkets for me.
