The Cottages Assisted Living and Memory Care-Boise

I have been inside of the cottages of Boise it is always a clean environment and the staff is always very welcoming!!

The cottages of boise has amazing staff, is always willing to do the best they can to take care of their residents!

My sister location Naomi the assistant does a beautiful job. Each time I have been in the building it’s been inviting and I always notice the friendliness of the staff!

My Mother has been staying at the Cottages of Boise for the past 5 months. This is our first experience with assisted living facilities and can honestly say we are pleased with everything facit of the facility. Staff is extremely responsive to all of my Mothers needs. I feel a great deal of trust with the staff that makes my peace of mind much easier to come by. The Manager, Nicole is so quick to respond to all requests that I am constantly amazed at her ability to do so. The facility is very clean, bright and homey. My Mothers room meets all of her needs from every aspect. My Mother has experienced some medical needs and Nicole was very responsive and took a personal interest that I really didn't expect. I am out of state and must rely on the Cottages to take care of the majority of my Mothers needs. Even though this is not an ideal situation the staff of the Cottages makes my role much easier. I talk with my Mother everyday and get detailed updates of her activities and she is busier than anytime in recent years. I would highly recommend The Cottages to any family needing a caring, safe and professionally managed home for loved ones.
