Pioneer Sports & Pain Center

This is a great place to go when you are in pain. I have been going to this place for years and have always received the best care. The Dr.'s and the Staff are great! I highly recommend them!

I was referred to this clinic and therapist by a good friend of mine. She has received help at Pioneer for a couple of injuries over the years and highly recommended them. She was right!! I’ve dealt with plantar fasciitis and heel pain for over 6 months with little improvement. Brandon, my PT was inquisitive, thorough and adaptive while addressing my concerns the first few appointments. He was able to separate my symptoms into two problems that I was having, not just the PF. After he began treating the second issue, I began to notice improvement. Fantastic!! I hadn’t experienced pain relief in that area for months. With a combination of exercises, stretching, dry needling, and cupping the problem is getting better. Thanks for all of the help, Pioneer Sports and Pain!!! It’s worth the drive to Kuna.

Dr. Burtenshaw is AWESOME! The entire office gets to know who you are and genuinely cares. They are truly motivated to help you heal and live a great active life.

I went in with ankle issues after going to different chiropractors previously. The previous locations all seemed to just treat the symptoms of the pain, and not look for the source. Dr. Burtenshaw found what was causing the pain, and made a treatment plan to fix it. He specifically stated that his goal was to correct this issue so I hopefully wont ever feel that pain again.

I was so impressed by his goal to truly fix the issue for me instead of just treat the symptoms. His goal is to make you a repeat client because he actually fixes the problems, not a repeat client because the pain never goes away. I 100% recommended going to Pioneer with any issues you have! They are the BEST!!

Great place and I’m glad I found them. I am a new client and have never been to a chiropractor before or anything like this. I love that they incorporate stretching, exercises and things I can do at home as well to help strengthen my body and alleviate my back and neck pain. Very clean and professional. Highly recommend

This is going to sound cheesy, but it's true - If you're looking for a team to take on your healing journey - these are your peeps! It's not that common anymore to walk in and have everyone know who you are, why your there, and cheer you on all without looking at your file. Now that's just part of it. The team + one on one treatment, explanations, health plan, facility - all of it play a huge part in healing. Here you have it all. I'm fully recovered and am on the path to continued health. This is going to be a very long term relationship with intermittent interaction all over the place. Health checks and as needed - I love it!!! Thank you Dr. Burtenshaw and team :)
