They offer a variety of classes so anyone at any level is welcomed. This is where I first started doing yoga, and after the first class, I was hooked and attend almost weekly now. “Solid gym. Like the mostly iron plates/dumbells and hammer strength equipment. Overall the gym has an old school feel to it that I enjoy. Karlee was friendly, let me have a week pass, and explained the several different payment options. For a 24/7 gym, prices are reasonable and they do have a no contract option.”
