Lighten Up Weight Loss Clinic

Liz at Lighten up is awesome to work with! She’s very passionate and knowledgeable about nutrition. This program was easy to follow because you’re still eating normal food! It was the only time I was successful losing weight. Would highly recommend!

My experience with Liz has been continued worthwhile effort and a healthy progression of mental and physical and emotional changes. I’ve learned that making life changes are just that! Things worth having or goals worth achieving take time to accomplish. Liz has been my cheerleader and my mentor! She has offered me a path toward bodyweight and self-image as well as my relationship with food that has changed my life!

Working with Liz and this program has been an enjoyable and positive experience for me as evidenced by the success I have had in meeting my goals.
