I am impressed by the concern for my situation that was authentically communicated, and the level of care that was provided. I appreciate being apprised about the status of work as the mechanics did their detective work to finally determine what the issue was, and the estimate for repair was fair. The final cost was indeed reasonable for the service performed and the parts. If I lived in Boise Heritage Auto Repair would, without a doubt, be my auto repair shop. “Sydney in the photo department was extremely helpful getting passport photos for our infant son! When we went in to city hall to submit the application, the lady even asked where we'd gotten it done, because typically she has to send parents of infants back to get different photos as a parents hand is visible or something.
