(August 30, 2022, 4:43 pm)We had no hot water so I called Master Plumbing. They sent a plumber out that day. Jim C. (the plumber) determined that our current hot water heater was beyond repair. So he installed a new one same day. That was 8 months ago. It's still working great for us.

Replaced our disposal quickly. No issues getting a digital invoice when calling later. Easy to do business.

He was clean, organized, and courteous, and made sure I was satisfied with the work. I will definitely keep Master Plumbing on my go-to list of favorite repair companies.

He let me know beforehand what the cost would be so that I wouldn’t be surprised. He fixed everything with my dishwasher and toilet fast and walked me through how to avoid it in the future. 10/10 would recommend Master Plumbing and Austin as your plumber 👍🏻
