“I took my FJ Cruiser to Trax for a 3" suspension lift, 17" wheels, 33" tires, and new running boards. When I walked in the door, I had a basic idea of what I wanted but really didn't have any specific ideas with regard to style of wheels, tires, etc. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient. He gave honest opinions and after listening to a description of what I wanted he literally pulled up the perfect set of wheels on his first attempt. Then we moved to tires, where once again he nailed it on the first attempt to show me a set of tires. He asked great questions about what I wanted to do with the vehicle and then suggested the right suspension. After all that was set, I mentioned that I didn't like my existing running boards, so once again he asked a few questions about what I needed and then pulled up the perfect set of running boards online. He quoted a price that stayed within my price range and set a date for the work to be completed. I was so impressed with the quality of work, along with the fact that they stuck to the original price quote and timeline. They did exactly what they said they would do, for the price they said they would do it, and finished it on time. I HIGHLY recommend Ryan and his team at Trax Customs.”

“I have been taking our vehicles to the Lube Center for over 15 years. They have always done an excellent job of taking care of my Toyota T-100 Pickup, and ALL of our vehicles that we've owned. Brad and DJ and their crew are not only good men, they are friendly and helpful to a fault. Typically, DJ has changed my water pump and timing belt on my T-100, and the whole crew works hard to maintain my old truck very well...my truck runs beautifully even after 24 years because of the conscientious and careful work of Brad, DJ, Dakota, and ALL of the crew. If I ever need my truck, or any of our vehicles to be worked on, they are the first ones that I call to see if they can do the work. If they don't do the type of work that it may need, they will let me know, and I will very reluctantly go to another mechanic. Because of their service, my truck's engine and transmission are still running perfectly after 24 years. Well done, Gentlemen. “UPDATE: I take back a lot of what I said. I’m so impressed with how Peterson Chevrolet has handled my situation, I will absolutely buy another vehicle from them. And that says a lot because I’m in Utah with several other dealerships very close to me and it’s a five hour drive to Boise. They have sincerely apologized for not filling up the gas tank, something they normally do and have made up for it. Not only did they help me receive the GM accessories I was supposed to get, but they’re also having them shipped to a dealership that is local to me.
