From Steve who was our point of contact for all of the work and advised us on certain critical decisions, to the Technicians who performed the work ( and even updated our diesel engine's software ! ), they all took great care of US and our RV !!!! We were allowed to come in the night before and plug in at one of their two RV Sites in the parking lot. That made the next morning very much more relaxed, as we didn't have to do more than unplug, hand over our keys and then grab our two dogs and head out for breakfast.
