He said he was very busy but if I dropped it off it would go into the queue; about 3-4 weeks out. He got to it in 4 weeks, spent 2 days completely fixing the issues, performed additional work that he found was needed, washed it, filled the tank, and STILL charged less than the dealer had quoted. “I’ve come to this place with my son (8) for close to 2yrs and I love it! The ladies that work here are always thorough and make sure we’re both happy with the end result. They have these notes on his profile where they have the specifics of the haircut that he likes to get and they get it right every time. If we happen to make a quick change here and there for one visit, they make sure to note it in too just in case. We always check in through the app, so we don’t have to wait too long. I recommend this place 100% as it is also very affordable for kids’ haircuts.”

“I had a good experience here yesterday that I wanted to share. My 2016 Subaru had been parked under a tree a couple of weeks ago, and some sort of tree sap had resulted in tiny dried-out dots all over the hood. I brought it into Ultra Touch, and asked them to look at it and let me know what they could do. Based on the representative's recommendations, I ended up paying for an Ultra Supreme wash and an Express Detail (about $40 total). When I got back an hour later I went to get my car, but all the tree sap dots were still there! I went to the nearest Ultra Touch representative, Kevin, and pointed out the issue. He was most apologetic and professional, and promised to take care of it immediately. He asked me to give him 30 minutes. When I got back the car was perfect, absolutely spotless. I was completely pleased with the outcome, and the way Kevin and Ultra Touch assumed responsibility for the issue and making it right. When I have similar car wash needs in the future, I'll go to these guys.”

I was provided a quote on the phone and when I showed up to have them look the car over and select a color for the new top, Chip told me that since we had talked he had found the same top for a cheaper price, which reduced the original quote. He could have easily left the quote for the original amount and made more profit by not saying anything about finding a cheaper price for the top.
