My latest unit located at 2250 Joe Battle Blvd is in a great location from my residence. Maggie and JoAnne quickly addressed my concerns without me having to ask. I also like the fact that I was able to reserve a unit online and get an online discount. I would recommend this place to anyone. UPDATE: I’m getting prepared for yet another move and the move out process was so convenient as always. Once again, Maggie provided exceptional customer service. She’s always so kind. If you’re ever in the need of a storage unit check out their online deals first. Should I need another storage unit where I’m relocating, I will go with Extra Storage again. “Looking to store a few things so I stopped in to check out the storage facility. The manager Sue was very nice and professional. She took me on a tour of the property and explained unit pricing and explained the units have alarms on them, for extra security. Love that! AND the facility is climate controlled...Nice feature! I have been checking around on other facilities. This place seems to have fair pricing. However good customer service is important to me and the manager Sue was top notch! I need to pack up soon and make the move to this facility!”

“Mesa moving has been a breath of fresh air for my family after our recent move to the Boise area. After our pod company totally dropped the ball, the guys at Mesa( who are completely independent of the pod company) stepped up and made the delivery and unload such a pleasure. The manager Shilo was very open and understand with me, and even moved the delivery date up for us. The unload crew lead by Pat and assistants Nick and Anthony were incredibly efficient, pleasant, and went the extra mile to make things perfect for us. I cannot endorse a company more than Mesa.”

“All of the employees were great. They were attentive, helpful, and explained everything in great detail. I would suggest getting a second floor unit because anyone can walk in and try to access the first floor during the day, but you can only get to the second floor with the elevator, which only opens with a swipe of the security card. There are free carts to help you move your things just outside the elevator. The main store has lots of packing essentials. The location is close to major roads. One thing I didn’t like was that there is only one spot where you can park a large moving truck and then use the ramp. The other two spots you can park a truck, but there isn’t clearance to get the ramp out, so you have to carry things over the gap. It seems as if every day I wanted to move things, the spot with clearance for a ramp was taken.”

“This is a fantastic resource for those of us in the 83703 and 83702 neighborhoods, plus others who know of this hidden gem. You are greeted with a smile and leave with a "Thanks for coming here" from the postal employee. Re the "odd" hours: The lunch hour for the one worker who staffs it has always been 1-2 p.m. unless there is a substitute, who then sets his/her own hours. Most issues with the hours are due to the Boise USPS executives, who often don't replace the regular person when she is absent, forcing the facility to be closed. Now the USPS is saying they want to "relocate" the facility, another word for closing it. Despite the complaints about hours, it would be a huge loss for the area if it is shut down. We will need to drive downtown, to Marigold Street (Garden City) or Eagle for mail services. Please come to the meeting 10:30 a.m. Nov. 26, 2019, at the Collister Library to state your objections.”

“I had never heard of U-Pack until an ad on YouTube popped up before a video. I was needing to do research for my move but hadn't started so it seemed like fate. They were prompt, on time, and I was able to track my trailer the whole way. They recommended 13 ft for my 2 bed/2 bath apartment and they gave me an estimate. It was still cheaper than driving another company's truck and then paying for gas. I ended up using only 11 ft so they gave me a discount. Amazing company and I'll use them again if I need to move across states again.”

“Sam and Anthony (ABQ moving crew) were awesome! They were on-time and went above and beyond and offered to move more of my stuff than I was quoted for! They also wrapped my stuff, were safe and efficient during the entirety of the move. I had two stops before my drop off. The office staff, including the receptionists, was great, too. They allowed me to move the window time for me, so we could pickup the sofa set from a local store in time for them to open. Gosh, I cannot thank you enough for making my local move smooth!”

We decided to go with Jeff Ball after reading reviews and he was also near by. Jeff Ball has been awesome!! He’s very informative, he doesn’t rush you, he listens, he calls to follow up with labs or just to see how your feeling, he’s very friendly and our kids like him.
